1. right click on your GTALK desktop icon or the one at the start menu
2. click properties (shows: Google Talk properties window )
3. change the value of the Target:
from: "C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe" /startmenu
to: "C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe" /nomutex
4. and press ok
5. try logging in - using multiple account
